Refund/Exchange Policy
REGULAR PRICED ITEMS:
- Return freight will be at the buyers expense unless in the unlikely event of our packing elves that messed up and sent you the wrong item, in which case we will bear the full cost related to re-delivery.
- Please note that in order to qualify for a refund, the products will need to be completely unused, in the same condition you received it with the original packaging and product label in tact.
- The original delivery fee of R75-00 is non-refundable, we paid the courier and (even after begging) they won't refund this amount to us, something to do with "services rendered" apparently.
- Refunds are issued through the same method as original payment and will be actioned as soon as the items have been received and inspected.
- Our policy lasts 14 days, so if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
SALE ITEMS
- All promotional sales (discounted items) are final and gift cards are non-refundable
- Kindly contact us within 48 hours at info@yogislops.co.za with your request and exchange requirements.To qualify for size exchanges, we must receive your YOGISLOPS item within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note collection and re-delivery fees will be at the buyers expense.
- Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
- Please include your details inside the package you are returning to us and ensure that all product labels are in tact and that the items are completely unused.
- Although our stock systems are updated in real time, should it happen that your item becomes unavailable during your order processing time, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 days.
- Our orders are processed and shipped quickly. If you need to make changes to your order (for incorrect size, colour, product or quantity) please contact us as soon as possible so we can see what we can do to help.
